Great effort my friend, though I think maybe his torso is a little wide.

Not to criticize your judgement but what I did was find a real picture of Starscream on the web, make a skeletal drawing over it, move the picture to the side, and draw a finalized drawing using the skeleton as a guide line... his torso is honestly that shape.
